ADR 2025 — special provision (SP) 169, Chapter 3.3.
Phthalic anhydride in the solid state and tetrahydrophthalic anhydrides, with not more than 0.05 % maleic anhydride, are not subject to the requirements of ADR. Phthalic anhydride molten at a temperature above its flashpoint, with not more than 0.05 % maleic anhydride, shall be classified under UN No. 3256.
